We offer Curb-Side service for hospital appointments. Please stay in your car and let us know that you have arrived.
To ensure the safety of our staff and our clients, all appointments will be checked-in at the parking lot. Please wear your masks at all times.
Patients will be brought in for the examination and brought back to the owner after the conclusion of the visit. Findings and treatment plans will be relayed via phone communication. For clients who do not have phones with them, social distancing will be implemented in relaying pertinent information.
Payments will be processed over the phone. We strongly recommend using your credit/debit cards at this time.

ESSENTIAL APPOINTMENTS
Elective procedures such as spay and neuters are postponed until further notice.
Telemedicine – ESTABLISHED PATIENTS (SEEN WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS)
Telemedicine requires a VCPR in place and the patient must have been to A.E.Z.R. PET HOSPITAL recently within one year’s time. Diagnosis, prognosis, treatment plans, and prescriptions can be made.
Telemedicine – Recheck Appointments
Dr. Zamora has always been available for consultations via phone, text or video (Facetime, What’s App or Zoom) for the first recheck appointments of established patients. Succeeding recheck consultations will be billed at a fraction of a cost of a recheck appointment
Telemedicine – New Medical Concerns
If your established pet (had a medical consultation within the last 12 months), has a new medical concern, you can now book a video consultation with Dr. Zamora (Facetime, What’s App or Zoom) for a fraction of the cost of a regular in-person office visit.
Teleadvice – New Patients
Teleadvice can be performed on a patient who A.E.Z.R. PET HOSPITAL has not seen before and does NOT have a veterinary-client-patient-relationship (VCPR). Without a VCPR, advice can only be given in general terms about likely diseases and likely prognosis. A specific diagnosis, prognosis, or prescription medications may not be given. Only general advice about over the counter medications may be provided but not to prescribe a certain treatment. Please send over medical records prior to the call to aezr@aezrpet.com
PRE-ASSESSMENT
